Shipping Policy
All products in our store are made to order, just for you. Each item goes through a production process before it is shipped.
Production Time
Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product and current production volume.
Shipping Times
Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
Countries We Ship To
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that we currently do not ship to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine, as well as certain countries with temporary shipping restrictions.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures, or force majeure events. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
